Refund Policy

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery as long as the item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition. We will refund the full order value minus the shipping costs.

If you have purchased an item that arrived damage in anyway let us know immediately by emailing us: shop@chemical404.com - we’ll have a replacement sent out usually within 12-24 hours (except on weekends).
