Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the product must be returned and must contain at least 50% of the original contents. Products that are largely empty are not eligible for refund.

Refunds are processed once the returned item is received. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a confirmed defect, incorrect shipment, or shipping damage.

If your issue relates to product performance or defect, we may offer a replacement as a faster resolution before completing the refund process.

Excessive, abusive, or fraudulent refund activity may result in refusal of service.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at shop@chemical404.com with photos of the package and product. We will send a replacement within 1-2 business days.
